Position: Legal Advisor

Job description: support to legal and administrative process management, in coordination with internal and external legal and technical staff, and with notaries.

Sample activities:

draft and review formal communications, contracts and other legal documents, in italian or english;
support to corporate administration;
support to project authorization administrative processes within relevant Public entities;
support for land lease and expropriation procedures within the project authorization process;

Requirements:

Law degree – Italian (C1) and English (B2) speaker;
Relational and problem solving skills.

Position: Project Manager

Job description: support the execution and coordination of the technical and administrative project development process for large renewable energy plants (wind, photovoltaic, BESS).

Sample activities:

draft and review project documents (project layout, technical reports, etc);
coordinate development activities with external consultants;
support land scouting and contracting process from a technical standpoint;
support to project authorization administrative processes within relevant Public entities, and with Customer technical offices, in italian and english.

Requirements:

Engineering / Architecture degree;
Italian (C1) and English (B1+) speaker;
Experience in renewable energy project development;
Relational and problem solving skills;
Availability to travel.
